CAMERA RESET BUTTONS- CURVCC01 .
If you turn the camera over and look at the bottom, you will see there is a white rubber square. If you open this square, it will show the charging port, and also where the SIM is changed.
Just above the Sim, on the left-hand side is a small white flap that you can press it.
This is the reset button.
If you hold this in and count to 10, this should reset the camera and hopefully put it into pairing mode to allow you to read to the app.
SETTING UP - CURV WIRELESS CAMERA-CURVCC01
The CURVCC01 is one of the first-generation camera's that we do.
As such it uses a different support app - Curv EYE and TOSEE This is available for I phone, from the IOS App Store, and for Android in the Google Play Store.

WHEN THE SUPPORT APP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON GOOGLE PAY OR IOS.
If the support app has been removed from either Google Play or IOS, you will be able to locate and download a copy on Google Play by first downloading the below app https://apkcombo.com/
Search for the App you wish to download, this is the site we have used:
Or alternatively type in the name - eg "Curv Eye APK" or 'TOSEE APK' and this will come up with a download.
Download the file
Press install, this may come up and say not secure this is sometimes because the app has not been available on the app store, sometimes you can press read more and it allows you to force the download.
If the support app has been removed from either Google Play or IOS, and the https://apkcombo.com won't install/ open.
You may need to download an APK installer app first.
USING AN APK INSTALLER APP

Download the file
Open the APK Installer

ACCESSING THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
The battery compartment is located at the back of the camera.
First open the small screw at the back of the camera (shown in red)to remove the outer cover.
This will reveal the inner battery compartment cover
The press the two sides of the battery compartment door clasp inwards to open the compartment.
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
Remove the batteries from the green plastic case, then remove the plastic covers which are placed over the negative--' end of the battery.
Once the covers have been removed, please insert the batteries the correct way as shown in the slide show.
You will see the '-' terminals are shown on the battery compartment lid so the '+' terminals are at the bottom of the compartment.
The batteries need to be inserted with the '+' end pointing downward and the '- end pointing upwards and visible, so they are against the '-' battery compartment cover.
CHARGING THE CAMERA BEFORE
USE See If you turn the camera over and look at the bottom, you will see there is a white rubber square. See If you open this, you will see the charging port- circled in red.
Plug Plug your cable into here and charge for 24 hours.
POWERING UP THE CAMERA
Above the charging port, in the top, right hand side you will see the Power button - circled in red in image 1.
Switch this to ON.
The camera will now show a blue light. ·
On the left-hand side is a small white flap. (Circled in red) This is the reset button.
If you hold this in for 5-10s, until the camera light turns red. When the light flashes red, the camera has been reset and is in pairing mode.
CONFIRM FLASHING LIGHT
The app will ask you to confirm that there is a flashing red light on the front of the Curv Camera.
If the light is not flashing, please hold the reset button on the underside of the Camera for 10 seconds until the light appears.
Once the light appears on the camera- press the 'red light is flashing' at the botton of the screen
CONFIGURING WI-FI
The app will now ask you to configure the Wi-Fi network.
Press the 'Enter the Configuration Interface' button.
You will now be re-directed to your Wi-Fi settings.
Please select the 'TOSEE_' network and press connect.
PAIRING CURV-CC01 WITH THE APP
At the top of the screen press the pop-up notification which will appear asking you to return to the application. Now you have paired your Camera with your app, press the 'Next' button to continue.
CHECK STABLE 2.4GH CONNECTION
You will now need to connect the curv camera to your home WI-FI
MAKE SURE YOUR HOME NETWORK IS SELECTED AND THAT YOU HAVE A STRONG STABLE CONNECTION A SPLIT 2.4 GHZ BAND.
If you do not have a dual band router, you can call your internet provider and ask them to split the bands.
CREATING CHANGE PASSWORD
Enter your Home Wi-Fi login details.
Then create a password.
Please keep this safe as it will be needed for your Admin/Settings.
INSERTING THE SIM
An 8GB SD card is included in the box The SIM port can also be located under this cover at the bottom of the camera. You will find the SIM port underneath the reset button and the USB charging port (shown in red).
