 CAMERA RESET BUTTONS- CURV INCAM01 

To reset the CURV-INCAM01, turn the camera over. 

The reset button is on the back of the unit (circled in red) 

Then press the reset button and hold for 10 seconds until the camera says please configure network. 

This will indictate that the device is in pairing mode. 

Release the reset button and you should now be able to set up your camera from scratch.

 LOCATING THE CHARGING POINT 

At the bottom of the cover is a tiny lip, shown with the below arrow. 

Slide a finger nail under this lip and lift to remove the cover ROMER

 CHARGING THE SEC01 CAMERA 

The charging point of the SEC01 is on the back of the camera. 

Remove the rubber cover and you will see the USB charging port marked in blue below. 

Insert your USB cable into this port and charge for 24hrs.

 CHARGING INDICATORS 

A solid red indicator light shows that the battery is charging 

A solid blue indicator light shows the battery charging is completed. (If charging for the first time, before initial set up, or if the unit has been inactive for a few days, please do still leave this on charge for the full 24hrs)

 LOCATING THE POWER BUTTON 

Once the camera has been fully charged for 24hrs, you will be able to turn the unit on. 

The Power button is under the rubber cover, in the top LEFT hand corner, marked in red 

Press and hold this button for 3s to turn the camera on/off.

 RESETTING THE SEC01 CAMERA 

The next stage is to reset the camera. 

To do this press the reset button (circled in red) and hold for 10 seconds then release. 

You should now be able to set up your camera from scratch.

UPDATING SOFTWARE ON CAMREAS

 OPENING LIVE VIEW SETTINGS 

Allow the live view to load. 

Then click onto the settings button in the top right hand corner.

 ACCESSING THE SETTINGS MENU 

Your device will ask you to input the Administrator password, this was created in the initial setup. 

Type in your password and then press the confirm button - circled in red.

 LOCATING THE SOFTWARE UPDATE

You will now enter your settings menu. 

Scroll down until you see the 'Device Information' tab. Circled in red. 

This will open the device menu.

 ACCEPTING SYSTEM UPDATE 

If an update is pending you will see an option to accept /update. 

Press the 'Update Device' button and wait for the Doorbell to update its software to the latest version. 

If there is no update notification, then your doorbell's software is up to date

 ADJUSTING SENSITIVITY OF YOUR CAMERA 

First, open the chosen support app for your camera - eg Curv Smart 

Open the main menu of the app and click on live view

 OPENING LIVE VIEW SETTINGS 

Allow the live view to load. 

Then click onto the settings button in the top right hand corner.

 . ADDING ADMIN PASSWORD 

Your device will ask you to input the Administrator password. 

This was created in the initial setup. 

Enter your password and click 'Submit' - circled in red.

 MOTION DETECTION SENSITIVITY 

This will open your settings menu, Scroll down to the 'Motion Detection Sensitivity' tab. 

Click on the arrow next to this to open the tab.
