When the Support app is no longer available on Google Play or IOS

If the support app has been removed from either Google Play or IOS, you will be able to locate and download a copy on Google Play by first downloading the below app

Search for the App you wish to download, this is the site we have used: 

Or alternatively type in the name - eg "Curv THERMOSTAT" or Thermostat Saswell' and this will come up with a download. 

Download the file 

Press install, this may come up and say not secure this is sometimes because the app has not been available on the app store, sometimes you can press read more and it allows you to force the download. 

If the support app has been removed from either Google Play or IOS, and the open. 

You may need to download an APK installer app first. This is shown on the next slide

 NAMING YOUR GATEWAY 

Return to desktop and choose CURV Thermostat app again. 

On the main page you will see 'Saswell' 

Click on this and a pop up will appear on the screen. 

Click on rename'

 SAVING YOUR NEW NAME 

This will open a 'renaming' screen. 

You can now clear 'Saswell' and insert 'TRV GATEWAY' as shown Then press OK' to save.

  NAMING COMPLETED 

Once the changes have been saved, a pop up at the 6 bottom of the screen will say Rename Successful' 

You will now be able to add the TRV valves to the system.
