Add Curv App to your phone

Curv Smart App on your device Tip:

You will find a QR code to download the app in the instruction manual.

1.  Scan the QR code or search Curv Smart in your devices online store
2. Once downloaded Open the Curv Smart App
3. Press the sign up button and agree to the user agreement
4. Enter Your Email Address & press get verification code
5. You will be sent a verification code to enter into the app
6. Account is now set up

Connecting Infrared Heating Panel for use with the CURV Smart App

1. Download Curv Smart App to your device & create a new account.

2. At the base of the heater locate the button displaying the wifi symbol, press and hold the button for 10 seconds, until it displays a slow flashing light, the light should be flashing once every 2 seconds.

3. On the CURV smart app press the + icon to add a heater.

4. Select Infrared Heater from the option list.

5. Enter your WIFI password then press next.

6. Press confirm. Indicator is flashing slowly then press next.

7. Press the connect button.

8. On your device go to settings wifi and select Smart Life or Curv Smart.

9. Once connected return to the Curv App and let the app connect

Issues seen:

1. Phone would move back to normal WIFI and not the heaters hotspot and not establish connection to heater – restart process from step 4
2. WIFI symbol flashing quickly – hold down WIFI button for 5-10 second till flashes are 2 seconds apart
3. Check WIFI password is correct and case sensitive
