Understanding the Features within the Curv Infrared App
Home Page
On – The heater is on and set to the temperature chosen on the slider.
Off – The heater is off
Timer – The heater will only follow the schedule set within the timer options on the top right.
Timer
You can set a schedule to automatically activate or deactivate the heater at a specific time or day.
You can have multiple schedules per day, or set the same Schedules for specific days.
For example Mon-Fri you might not require as much heat as you would on a Saturday or Sunday.
Boost Mode
If the timer is set and you arrive home early, you can use boost mode to manually override the timer settings for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Eco Mode
When using Eco mode you can control the amount of power being used by the heaters, we have 3 settings to the Eco mode:
Low
Medium
High
Each setting will use a different amount of wattage, wich is displayed on the screen.
C/F Toggle
Use the C/F toggle button to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa.
Create Rooms
You can group multiple panels into rooms.
By doing this you can adjust the settings for a whole room rather than individual panels.
Child Lock
If you have a small child, you can enable child lock. This will limit the surface temperature to 43c.
To enable or disable this feature, hold the child lock button for 3 seconds.
Away / Holiday Mode
When you’re away from your property you can set the heaters to only come on when the room temperature drops below a certain level.
If the room does not drop below your preset, then the heater will not switch on.
Sharing the Device
You can share the device with a partner, family member or colleague by using our built in QR code system.
This can be activated by using the Share option in the tor Right settings menu on the heater.
The receiving phone should go to ‘Add new device’ menu and select the QR code option.
