How to Connect your smartphone to the Curv Home Alarm System – Curv360

Setting up your Curv Home Alarm System for the first time

Step 1: Begin by installing the Curv Alarm application, this can be done from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. Just search 'Curv Alarm'.

Step 2: Open the application and create an account using the ‘Sign Up’ button at the bottom of the page. Then log in using your details, ensure you are using WiFi mode and not SMS mode. You can check this by looking at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 3: You will be taken to the device list, to add a device select the ‘+‘ in the top right corner and select ‘SoftAP Configure’ mode.

Step 4: Your device will prompt you to enter your Wi-Fi details.

Step 5: On the Control panel navigate to: Main Menu > Wi-Fi > SoftAP Configure.

Once the countdown has begun on the panel, select the checkbox on the app and then press next.

Step 6: Your device will open the settings menu, go to the Wi-Fi options and select the network: ‘XPG-GAgent-xxxxx’. Enter the password shown in the pop up notification:123456789

Step 7: You will be redirected to the Curv Alarm application, allow the app to complete the countdown.

Step 8: Congratulations! You have now successfully paired your mobile device to your Curv Home Alarm System.
