Setting up your Curv Smart Alarm System for the first time

Step 1:  Begin by opening your phone settings, head over to your WiFi settings and ensure your home network is selected.

Step 2:  Open the Curv Smart application.

Step 3:  Now choose the Add Device button, this can be found in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4:  The device is classed as an Alarm, select this option to continue.

Step 5:  First you need to disarm the panel, to do this press 1 2 3 4 then disarm.

Step 6:  Now we can enter the menu within the panel to do this press 1 2 3 4 5 6 then enter.

Step 7:  The panel is now unlocked so we can begin the paring process, press the button in the bottom right of the panel this will put the panel into EZ mode.

Step 8:  Go back to your phone and press the next button, this confirms the panel is in the correct pairing mode.

Step 9:  Enter your Wi-Fi details exactly as shown on your router, please note this is case sensitive.

Step 10:  Wait for the pairing process to complete.

Step 11:  Now the pairing process is complete you can rename your device.

Step 12:  Wait for the pairing process to complete.

Step 13:  Once the pairing process to complete, your device will prompt you to update your software to the latest version. Accept the update and allow the panel to update to the latest firmware, your setup is now complete.

Step 14:  Congratulations your Curv Smart Alarm System is now setup and ready to use.
