Setting up your Curv Smart Plug Socket for the first time

Step 1:  Begin by opening your phone settings, head over to your WiFi settings and ensure your home network is selected.

Step 2:  Open the Curv Smart application.

Step 3:  Now choose the Add Device button, this can be found in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4:  The device is classed as a Socket (Wi-Fi), select this option to continue.

Step 5:  Enable pairing mode, to do this hold the power button on your socket for around 5 seconds.

Step 6:  The power light on your button will now begin to flash rapidly. Press confirm to continue.

Step 7:  You will now be asked to enter your Wi-Fi details, please enter your details exactly as shown on your router. (Please note this section is case sensitive)

Step 8:  Wait for the pairing process to complete.

Step 9:  You will be given the option to rename the device, for this example we used Bedside Light.

Step 10:   Congratulations your Curv Smart Plug Socket is now setup and ready to use.
