How to set up the Curv Smart Color Bulb For The First Time

Setting up your Curv Smart Color Bulb for the first time

Step 1:  Begin by opening your phone settings, head over to your WiFi settings and ensure your home network is selected.

Step 2:  Open the Curv Smart application.

Step 3:  Now choose the Add Device button, this can be found in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4:  The device is classed as a Lighting (Wi-Fi), select this option to continue.

Step 5:  Enable pairing mode, to do this switch the bulb on then off. Then back on then off again and finally on one more.

Step 6:  Your bulb will be flashing rapidly, this means the bulb is in pairing mode. Press confirm to continue.

Step 7:  You will now be asked to enter your Wi-Fi details, please enter your details exactly as shown on your router. (Please note this section is case sensitive)

Step 8:  Wait for the pairing process to complete.

Step 9:  You will be given the option to rename the device, for this example we used Living Room.

Step 10:   Congratulations your Curv Smart Color Bulb is now setup and ready to use.
